The toilet issues were unbelievable at check-in!!! A plunger delivery at my door? Unprofessional!!! Staff training is much needed for handling hospitalities!!! The lack of a coffee machine in the room is disappointing!!!

The room was pretty basic but clean. I had a King Disability Access room. It was on the first floor, which was good for accessibility, but I had a noisy dog next door barking at everything. I got moved to the second floor, but I could still hear it at night. The bathroom was fine, though, and the staff were nice. Overall, it was just okay.
